On March 20th, 2024, Raasbhakti Devi Dasi (Dr. Aditi Mishal) received the esteemed international award, “Outstanding Women in Global Sustainable Development – 2024.” The honor was awarded to her by the Global Alliance of Sustainable Development Foundation at the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW68) held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. 

The distinguished presentation of this award was carried out by Hon. Mr. Zhang, Chairman of the Global Alliance Foundation for Sustainable Development, alongside esteemed counterparts, including Ms. Cerci Lyu, Ms. Cheri Xie, Ms. Mei Yu Liao, and Ms. Winei, underscoring a collective dedication to nurturing a more sustainable and equitable global milieu.

Raasbhakti Devi Dasi is a disciple of Radhanath Swami, is a GRI certified Sustainability Professional, and serves as the Director at the Centre for Sustainability, ATLAS SkillTech University. Holding a Ph.D. in Sustainability-Green Behavior, she is credited with a patent for the Smart Toilet Tracking System. She holds copyrighted works focusing on Empowering Sanitation Decisions with Global System Science for Sustainability.

Her academic prowess is evident with a repertoire of over 10 SCOPUS papers, three publications in A-rated journals, and presentations at more than 15 international conferences hosted at esteemed institutions such as NUS, Singapore, and Harvard Martin Centre, Boston. Furthermore, she extends her expertise as a trainer and consultant for renowned entities, including GE, Tata Motors, Wabtec, Godrej, BOSCH, Aqura Projects, and Reckitt Benckiser.

She has spearheaded over 14 long-term projects, amassing a total budget of Rs. 17.82 crores and collaborating with esteemed organizations such as UNEP, WWF, and Google, among others.

Reflecting on her remarkable journey, Raasbhakti Devi Dasi expressed her profound gratitude to her many mentors. She said, “I am humbled & deeply grateful to a myriad of mentors who have guided, inspired, and supported me along the way. I offer this award to my spiritual father, Radhanath Swami, and all devotees who have supported me in this journey, including my family, my husband, Vrindavan Prasad Das, and my son Parikshit. This award symbolizes the shared vision and relentless pursuit of sustainability. Let’s continue to inspire, innovate, and lead the way towards a sustainable future for the younger generation in the service of Mother Bhumi Devi.”
